North Carolina Talent Management is a non profit organization headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Designed to increase the self-esteem and career development in female children , teenagers and young adults. NCTM is comprised of those three divisions to serve each age group appropiately. Our mission is to help young ladies figure out what there dreams are and to explore them with confidence and creativity. Our goal is to empower young people to imagine and achieve their life goals, whatever they may be. We are committed with providing our youth with opportunities that will enhance their personal and professional growth.

In the past our team have collaborated with companies such as Microsoft, Regal Entertainment Group, SCETV and Coca Cola, to name a few.By partnering with various companies to produce community functions, it allows our youth to gain real life experience in conjunction with what is taught in the classroom and/or workforce.Our community involvement allow our youth to be creative, solve problems, communicate effectively and to imagine there dreams.

Galloway Youth Entrepreneurial Institute is an out of school based program offered through a partnership with community leaders to help build more female entrepreneurs.The "OMG" workshop is offered to our teenage divsion. Focused on building self confidence and leadership skills. These girls spend a full intimate day with business role models. The objective of this workshop is to highlight more positive role models for our young girls to follow.More Information will be posted soon as these events near.
